Dr. Andrew Logan is a fellowship-trained interventional pain physician who recently joined the Comprehensive Spine Center (CSC). He specializes in diagnosing and treating complex pain and musculoskeletal conditions with a comprehensive and evidence-based approach. His expertise includes spine health, interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, and rehabilitation following neurological and orthopedic injuries.
Dr. Logan earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco, and completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System, where he served as Chief Resident and was recognized with awards for both clinical excellence and research. He previously completed an Interventional Pain Fellowship at the University of Miami/Jackson Health System.
Before his medical training, Dr. Logan graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, focusing on augmenting human health through biomechanical design. His early career included innovative work in health technology, co-founding Sensivision Health Technologies, which developed a neonatal monitoring and cooling system for infants with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. His contributions to global health and medical device development have earned him international recognition, including funding from the Westly Prize and Canada’s Bio-Tech Challenge.
Dr. Logan has authored and reviewed numerous publications in the fields of pain management, spine surgery, and sports medicine, and serves as a reviewer for the Global Spine Journal. He is passionate about helping patients restore function, improve mobility, and return to the activities they love through advanced, minimally invasive treatments.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Logan enjoys sports, innovation, and community outreach. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
